PostalEase (USPS) PIN is used for the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) Open Season to change or delete contributions. It is also used to change/delete Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) contributions and Annual Leave Exchange. At the prompt, press 1 and enter your Social Security number. When asked for your PIN, press 2.
